Pen(itentiary) Pals/If You Give A Nutjob A Pen...

Based on a short story I'm writing for English

Plot: The Gotham Rouges are becoming harder to handle every day and the staff is at a loss on what to do. That is, until an anonymous note tells them to give the inmates a link to the outside. Picking volunteers 'randomly' (there was a list attached to the letter), several of the main Arkhamites are given an anonymous pen-pal on the outside to talk to them about current events and basically be their eyes and ears to Gotham. However, as the program continues, something wicked is pulling strings in the background taunt, as if waiting for something to snap...

In order for this to work, I'm asking around deviantArt for anyone with a Batman OC who is willing to help me out. Below this will be a list of Arkham patients that need a pen pal. If you are interested, please comment who your OC is along with who their pen-pal will be and I will approve. Request someone who isn't on the list if you want. Also, if you want your OC involved, but not as a pen-pal, comment your OC and how you want them involved.
